Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Information

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure all address details are accurate before placing your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather, or public holidays.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail may leave instructions for collection or redelivery. Parcels returned to us due to failed collection may require additional postage fees before reshipment.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for the item, select an alternative product, or receive a full refund.
